Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician License
Experience in facials, Hydrafacial, or med spa services preferred
Comfortable with sales, consultations, and client retention
Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness
Strong communication + energy (this is a client-facing, results-driven role)
Availability for evenings + weekends

Responsibilities

Perform Hydrafacial treatments, facials, and advanced skincare services
Assist with and educate clients on body sculpting (EMSculpt NEO) and wellness services
Conduct client consultations and build customized treatment plans
Recommend packages, memberships, and skincare products
Deliver a high-end med spa / wellness client experience
Maintain treatment rooms and cleanliness standards
