Hand & Stone Kendall is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. Estheticians are empowered to provide innovative services, customized long-term treatment plans, and build relationships, making each facial appointment the best hour of the client's month. FGG Spa, LLC, a franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operates over 60 locations and prioritizes a 'people first' company culture. Their Esthetics program focuses on high-quality, results-driven treatments and educates clients on skincare rituals, routine visits, and homecare recommendations.
Requirements
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
