Requirements

  • Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level is required.
  • Minimum of 200 hours of esthetician education.
  • At least two years of professional experience.
  • Deep enthusiasm for spa esthetics and the health and wellness sector.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for candidates who have completed a minimum of 200 hours of esthetician education and possess at least two years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing guest needs, and examining skin, hair, or nails to assess their condition, appearance, and suitability for scheduled services.
  • Provide guidance on proper care and recommend home care routines.
  • Promoting and selling spa/salon services and retail products.
  • Setting up workstations or treatment rooms with essential products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
  • Maintaining a consistently professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excelling in guest interactions, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Assisting colleagues as needed, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with associates and guests.
