About The Position
The Only Facial is seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about customer skincare routines and building client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to guide clients through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem, providing customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments. The position emphasizes client care and creating a welcoming atmosphere, with no aggressive sales quotas.
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician (required)

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
