Requirements
- Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Must maintain minimum sales requirements of retail products.
- Understand and believe in the benefits of skin health.
- Customer-service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees.
- Greet clients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Esthetician License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for our organization.
- Select the appropriate facial based on the client's needs after reviewing the client intake form and skin analysis.
- Obtain the client’s informed consent for the facial plan before beginning the facial.
- Be available and present in the retail area when not in a facial service to assist clients with product questions.
- Maintain strong sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Complete accurate and detailed S.O.A.P. notes.
- Follow all company protocols for every service.
- Maintain a clean and organized space, including a retail area.
- Complete inventory control by counting products before, during, and after each shift.
- Maintain a professional, clean appearance of self and Spa.
- Follow sanitation and room setup protocols and keep the esthetics room clean.
