About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Licensed Esthetician / Facial Specialist. This role offers competitive earnings with a base hourly rate plus commission on service upgrades and retail sales. The spa boasts a membership base, ensuring a consistent client schedule. They utilize innovative services such as DiamondGlow, ProPen LuminFusion, NanoInfusion, NuFACE, LED phototherapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and the Dermalogica professional line. Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician license.
2+ years of paid, hands-on experience as an esthetician performing facials (school clinic hours do not count).
A demonstrable retail and upgrade sales record.
Ability to confidently conduct full consultations and close treatment plans.
Willingness to work evenings and at least one weekend day, a minimum of 4 days per week.
