About The Position
Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join their team. This role involves performing advanced esthetic treatments, building long-term guest relationships through consultations and personalized plans, and driving growth through recommendations and rebooking. The esthetician will also be part of a high-performing team, supporting clinic operations during downtime. The position offers a base compensation starting at $50,000 annually, with performance-based incentives potentially reaching $65,000+, commission opportunities, and monthly bonuses.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics License in good standing
- Minimum two years of esthetics experience preferred
- Strong consultation and sales capability
- Experience working in a medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinic environment
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling software preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting injectable treatment plans
- Knowledge of medical grade skincare products including SkinMedica, Alastin, Plated, or similar lines
- Previous guest experience or front office support experience
- Demonstrated history of achieving revenue and retail sales goals
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow and HydraFacial services, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Provide customized skincare planning and education to guests.
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Recommend skincare regimens confidently and support guest retention and rebooking.
- Build loyalty through education, communication, and results.
- Convert consultations into long-term treatment plans.
- Recommend retail products confidently.
- Drive strong rebooking performance.
- Support cross-referrals between esthetics, injectables, and advanced devices.
- Build a thriving recurring guest book.
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Support guest communication and follow-up during downtime.
- Assist with appointment confirmations.
- Help with front desk flow and clinic readiness.
- Engage in lead outreach and re-engagement.
- Perform treatment room turnover and organization.
