This specific location in East Liberty aims to provide a relaxing and revitalizing experience for guests, focusing on skincare concerns and general well-being. They are seeking a Licensed Esthetician for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment, offering high-quality, result-driven facial treatments. The spa utilizes advanced skincare technologies such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians have the opportunity to create personalized treatment plans for clients and build repeat business through a membership model. The role is crucial for creating an outstanding customer experience, with the company providing appointment booking and all necessary supplies. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.

Requirements

Strong retail and in-treatment upgrade record
Must carry liability insurance
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
