About The Position
Hand & Stone Houston Memorial is seeking an experienced, results-driven Licensed Esthetician who excels in the treatment room and understands that professional recommendations are an essential part of achieving visible skincare results. We are specifically looking for a confident esthetician with a proven ability to sell professional skincare products, recommend facial enhancements, create progressive treatment plans, and build a loyal clientele. This is not an entry-level position. Open availability and previous experience with Dermalogica are required.
Requirements
- Holds an active Texas Esthetician License
- Has professional esthetics experience
- Has experience with Dermalogica products and protocols
- Has open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Consistently recommends and sells professional skincare products
- Confidently recommends appropriate enhancements and advanced services
- Creates customized, progressive treatment plans
- Provides detailed and educational skincare consultations
- Successfully prebooks guests and builds repeat clientele
- Is motivated by goals, growth, performance, and earning potential
- Is dependable, coachable, competitive, and accountable
- The ability to produce strong retail and enhancement results is required—not optional.
- Qualified candidates should be prepared to discuss their previous performance, including retail sales, enhancement percentage, average ticket, prebooking rate, and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established retail and enhancement goals
- Recommend appropriate enhancements during every consultation
- Prescribe customized Dermalogica home-care regimens
- Educate guests on the value of professional skincare
- Confidently communicate recommendations and overcome objections
- Maintain a strong average service ticket
- Prebook guests and develop long-term treatment plans
- Build relationships that support repeat visits and client retention
- Promote memberships and referrals when appropriate
- Track individual results and participate in performance coaching
