About The Position

Hand & Stone Monroe is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. The role focuses on providing skincare treatments, creating customized long-term treatment plans, and building relationships with clients. The company emphasizes a 'people first' culture and offers a service menu with the latest advances in skincare, aiming to help clients establish a skincare ritual. The Esthetician will be responsible for client education, recommending routine visits and post-treatment homecare.

Requirements

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
