About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking high-performing Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, guest results, and growing their income through performance and retention. This role is best suited for experienced professionals who are comfortable recommending treatment plans, selling skincare products, and working in a fast-paced, performance-focused spa environment. This is not an entry-level esthetician position. We are specifically seeking experienced estheticians who can confidently perform services, recommend skincare, retain clients, and contribute to spa growth from day one.

Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician License
Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience required
Strong retail sales and consultation skills
Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans
Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
Applicants must have open availability based on spa business needs, including evenings and weekends during peak spa hours.

Nice To Haves

Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Responsibilities

Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services
Conduct in-depth skin consultations and recommend treatment plans
Recommend retail skincare products and home-care regimens
Build strong client retention and prebooking rates
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and visible results
Maintain a clean, professional treatment room
Actively help grow your book through referrals, client relationships, and outreach
