Requirements

Current and valid EMT/A or EMT-B certification/license.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed EMT preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise EMT/A or B personnel during emergency response and daily operations.
Provide prompt, effective, and compassionate patient care in accordance with protocols and state laws.
Respond to emergency calls and assist with patient assessment, treatment, and transport.
Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Assist with scheduling, training, mentoring, and developing EMT team members.
Maintain equipment and vehicles in proper working condition and adhere to safety standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and emergency services to optimize patient outcomes.
Laundry and Cleanliness of Ambulance for infection control
Review of PCR's and readiness for billing submission
