About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing skilled Licensed Electricians to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where you will be bringing the work to you via their network of single-family rental homes and property managers. No selling is required, and the company leverages its own app for assigning and completing work orders. The pay is based on the scope of work for each work order, with Stellar collecting a nominal marketplace fee. Payment is made via direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Own truck and tools
- Registered with the Texas State Licensing Board as a Journeyman or Master electrician
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of electrical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete electrical work orders assigned through the company app.
- Perform electrical services for single-family rental homes and properties managed by property managers.
