About The Position
This is a service technician + sales hybrid role where you will run residential and commercial calls. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues, educating customers on solutions, and closing sales. You will own the job from start to finish, focusing on building trust and closing work. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, presenting clear options, and completing jobs efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License required
- 2+ years residential experience
- 4+ years total electrical experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutions
- Willingness to sell when it's the right thing for the customer
- Self-motivated
- Punctual
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Full-time employment
- 40 to 50 hours/week
- 2+ years required experience
- Valid TX Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License

- 4+ years total electrical experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical issues and repair residential and commercial systems
- Install and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devices
- Present repair and upgrade options to customers using the Mister Sparky pricing guide (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)
- Educate customers so they can confidently move forward
- Close approved work and complete jobs same-day when possible
- Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
