About The Position

This role is a hybrid service technician and sales position. You will be responsible for running residential and commercial calls, diagnosing issues, educating customers on solutions, and closing sales. The goal is to not just fix problems but to build trust and provide the right solutions, owning the job from start to finish. This is a performance-driven environment where your ability to diagnose, recommend, and sell directly impacts your income.

Requirements

Valid Texas Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License required
2+ years residential experience (4+ years total electrical experience preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutions
Willingness to sell when it's the right thing for the customer
Self-motivated
Punctual and reliable
Valid driver's license with clean record
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours/week
Required Experience: 2+ years
Required License: Valid TX Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Diagnose electrical issues and repair residential and commercial systems
Install and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devices
Present repair and upgrade options to customers using the Mister Sparky pricing guide (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)
Educate customers so they can confidently move forward
Close approved work and complete jobs same-day when possible
Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
