About The Position
Licensed Dental Assistant Maple Grove, MN $33.00-$36.00 per hour | Full-Time Join a Team That Loves What They Do. Our Maple Grove office is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced practice where no two days are exactly alike. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation $33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards
- Experience with digital radiography and dental software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Educate patients regarding treatment and home care
- Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
- Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care
- Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members
