About The Position

Brush Dental Clinic, serving the Vancouver community, is dedicated to providing exceptional oral care. Our practices offer a wide range of dental services, including general dentistry, cosmetic services, periodontics treatments, restorations, orthodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, implants, and Invisalign®. We are currently seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is full-time, permanent and will work between both offices (Renfrew and Victoria). Experience assisting with dental procedures is preferred. The wage for this Dental Assistant position is $30-$36/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Requirements

Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
