The Dental Specialists is looking for compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Starting Wage Range: $30.50 - $34.65 per hour. Requirements

  • Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License
  • Certification to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota
  • Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent accredited provider

Responsibilities

  • Assist specialists during a variety of specialty dental procedures
  • Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
  • Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
  • Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols
  • Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Help support efficient clinical workflows and outstanding specialty patient care
