About The Position

RA Levine is actively hiring a Licensed D-2 Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you’re an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, customer service, and professionalism, we’re ready to pay top rates for your expertise. This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing commercial refrigeration systems, removing outdated equipment and installing new systems, completing service calls efficiently and accurately, maintaining clean job sites and company service vehicles, communicating clearly with customers and team members, accurately completing service documentation and invoices, and participating in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation. Technicians are also expected to attend training sessions and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Valid Connecticut D-2 license or higher
• Proven experience with commercial refrigeration equipment (ice machines, coolers, freezers, etc.)
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Minimum age of 18
• Clean driving record that meets company safety standards

Nice To Haves

• Experienced with installation a plus
