The Recovery Village Columbus is an accredited adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with appropriate licensure/certification required
- Licensed in the State of Ohio: LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker), LMFT (Independent Marriage & Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LSW (Licensed Social Worker ), MFT (Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field preferred.
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
