About The Position

Wood Violet Recovery is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to lead therapeutic and educational group programming for clients in their mental health program. This role is suited for individuals skilled in group facilitation within a structured, collaborative clinical setting. The position may also involve an individual caseload. The company has recently increased pay rates and is offering a $5,000 retention bonus.

Requirements

• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in state of Wisconsin (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
• Valid WI Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily therapeutic, educational, and process groups (primary duty).
• Maintain group curriculum and documentation.
• Provide individual counseling as needed.
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support client engagement, safety, and progress.
