At One Behavioral, we are a virtual and in-person mental health clinic dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse patient population. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and mental health counselors who work collaboratively to support patients across a wide range of mental health needs. Our clinic works closely with referral sources including the Department of Mental Health, local hospitals with inpatient psychiatric programs, and community health centers. Our specialty psychiatric services support geriatric patients, adults, adolescents, and children. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our growing behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career clinician to gain valuable clinical experience while providing meaningful mental health services in a supportive, collaborative environment. The LPC-A will provide counseling and clinical support to patients in an outpatient setting under the required clinical supervision, while developing their professional skills and experience. The role involves conducting assessments, providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care, and collaborating with other behavioral health professionals.
