Requirements
- Maintain a current and active Cosmetologist License or Nail Technician License allowing the performance of facials, manicures, pedicures, and foot massages
- Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including guides for intake forms and treatment room procedures.
- Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
- Collaborate effectively with co-workers to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through professional development and training.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, committed, and a team player.
- Enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
- Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to airport needs.
Responsibilities
- Paint fingernails and toenails
- Clean, cut and shape nails
- Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
- Remove previously applied polish
- Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
- Sterilize equipment before use
- Inform clients about additional services and offers (loyalty discounts)
- Give hand and foot massages
- Proficiency in facials can be a valuable asset in delivering well-rounded beauty services
- Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
