Requirements
- Must maintain a current and active Cosmetologist License or Nail Technician License.
- Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including intake forms and treatment room procedures.
- Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
- Collaborate effectively with co-workers to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through professional development and training.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
- Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling to meet airport needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair, skin, and nail services to clients.
- Perform manicures and pedicures.
- Clean, cut, and shape nails with precision.
- Recommend colors, rhinestones, and designs based on individual customer styles.
- Remove previously applied polish.
- Maintain and clean beauty stations in-between appointments.
- Sterilize tools and equipment before each use.
- Inform clients about additional services and promotions, including loyalty discounts.
- Give hand and foot massages.
- Upsell treatments and beauty products when appropriate.
