We are seeking strong, creative clinical professionals for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. In this role, you will lead person-centered treatment planning within a vibrant, multidisciplinary team supporting adults (ages 18+) in a community-based behavioral health setting. Our integrated teams work collaboratively to provide evidence-based services that help individuals reach their personal recovery goals.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (or license-eligible), including: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a mental health treatment program.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with psychiatric and/or substance use histories is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical interventions with the individuals we serve.
- Facilitate the creation, documentation, and implementation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical services.
- Model best practices and provide vital training for the team in recovery principles, administrative requirements, and clinical interventions.
