Claratel Behavioral Health (formerly DeKalb Community Service Board) is a leading, community-based provider of behavioral health and developmental disabilities services in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. About the DeKalb Regional Crisis Center The Crisis Center provides urgent intervention and stabilization services for adults experiencing behavioral health emergencies. It offers three levels of care: Crisis Services Center (CSC): Accepts walk-ins, emergency room transfers, and involuntary referrals for evaluation Temporary Observation Unit (TOU): Provides 12–24 hours of monitoring for individuals needing further assessment Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU): Offers 5–7 days of intensive care including counseling, medication management, and discharge planning
