Requirements

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
Licensed in the state of Missouri with one of the following: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), Licensed Psychologist, PLPC (Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), PLP (Provisional Licensed Psychologist), PLMFT (Provisional Licensed Marital and Family Therapist)
CPR and BFA Certification required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
