About The Position
Serenity for Life, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting. Our team is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to supporting women with complex clinical needs, including co-occurring disorders. We are seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, contributing to treatment planning, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a residential/inpatient environment.
Requirements
- Active licensure or candidacy in one of the following: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Comfort and competence working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Residential or inpatient treatment experience strongly recommended
- Experience as a trauma therapist highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and support staff
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
