Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Oakland Office
About The Position
Aryana Wellness Center is a growing mental health group practice dedicated to healing individuals, families, and communities. Our work is rooted in a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit, with a strong commitment to serving BIPOC and underserved populations. We specialize in supporting individuals, parents, women, couples, and young adults, with a focus on emotional wellness, life transitions, and relationship healing. We are seeking a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services in our Oakland office. This role includes a mix of in-person (80%) and telehealth sessions, with flexibility based on clinician availability and client needs. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, culturally responsive, and aligned with a community-centered and holistic approach to care.
Requirements
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with diverse and underserved communities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Comfortable with EHR systems (experience with Sessions Health is a plus)

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 15–25 clients (depending on FTE)
- Deliver services both in-person (Oakland office) and via telehealth
- Collaborate with clinical team and participate in case consultation as needed
- Ensure compliance with BBS regulations, ethical standards, and Aryana policies
- Support continuity of care and appropriate referrals when needed
