Licensed Clinician (LCPC, LCSW-C, PsyD, PhD)
About The Position
Join a clinician-centered multidisciplinary team of counselors, social workers, and psychologists in Columbia, MD and be part of our growth as we expand throughout the Mid-Atlantic region! At Ellie Mental Health in Columbia, we are clinician-centered, taking care of our staff so that they can provide excellent care for their clients. We have immediate, full-time openings for MD licensed counselors (LPC), social workers (LISW, LICSW), and psychologists (LP).
Requirements
- Master's or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology
- Required to be a licensed mental health professional in Maryland who is able to practice independently
- Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective required
- Commitment to culturally competent care, cultural humility, and lifelong learning
- Clinicians who speak more than one language strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Coordinate services with other providers as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings including case consultations
- Participate in community activities, such as tabling at events, networking, and community presentations
- Supervise LGSW, LGPC, and psychology associates after demonstrating excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Develop and run clinical programs to expand access to high quality mental health care
- Develop social media content for multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
