About The Position

MPAC Healthcare is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide high-quality care to seniors. This role offers the autonomy of a private practice without the administrative burden, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care and documentation. You will work on-site as part of an interdisciplinary team, addressing residents' emotional, social, and psychological needs. Requirements

• Master's degree
• Valid LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license in the state for which you are applying
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience
• Strong medical knowledge
• Understanding of documentation (CMS, Medicare, Medicaid)
• Nursing home/hospital facility experience
• Ability to work as a member of a team with a great attitude
• Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to foster open communication with the facility team and Regional Clinical Manager
• Ability to take initiative
• Effective communication skills in multiple settings with multiple parties
• High level of organization to manage patient needs and document effectively

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Medicare Benefit and commercial insurance plans
• Experience in the healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments
• Utilize psychotherapy to address mental health issues
• Offer ongoing support to residents and their families
• Manage patient caseload and schedule
• Perform patient documentation and facility correspondence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians and nurse practitioners
• Keep up-to-date on Medicare Benefit and commercial insurance plans
