About The Position

Riverbend Community Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Master’s Clinician (Child & Family) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families. This role involves delivering high-impact, trauma-informed, and family-centered care in a dynamic, community-based setting, meeting clients in their homes, schools, and communities. The clinician will provide comprehensive clinical services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and care coordination, playing a vital role in strengthening family systems, building resilience, and empowering young people. The position is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering integrated, person-centered care aligned with best practices and CCBHC standards. This role offers the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships, deliver evidence-based care in real-world settings, collaborate with community partners, work within an innovative team, and make a direct impact on access to behavioral health services. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Actively holding licensure in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Personal vehicle.
  • Auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000/300,000.
  • A heart for community-based work and a belief in the resilience of children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Offer expert consultation, case management, and crisis intervention.
  • Complete clinical assessments and individual/family-centered treatment planning.
  • Deliver flexible, community-based care that breaks down barriers to mental health and reduces stigma.
  • Provide comprehensive clinical services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and care coordination.
  • Strengthen family systems, build resilience, and empower young people with the skills they need to thrive.
  • Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community partners to support whole-person wellness.
