Requirements

LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Licensure in the state of Indiana.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
Solid knowledge and experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills creating individualized treatment plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, convey complex concepts with treatment.
Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients and families.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, conducting within state, and federal regulations, as well as following Company Policies and Procedures.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict trauma, CBT, and more.
Encourage a strong therapeutic engagement with clients, using various modalities, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and family tailored treatment plans to meet the individual needs.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, daily notes, strict confidentiality and compliance, conducted within state, and federal regulations, as well as following Company Policies and Procedures.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with teams including, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
