About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring fully licensed therapists in South Carolina who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults. The role is based at the West Ashley location on Ashley River Road and offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with work split between the office and home. The expected start is November or December. The position is W-2 employed, with compensation based on productivity and an annual cash incentive program.

Requirements

• Hold an active South Carolina license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental healthcare to patients in an outpatient care setting.
• Deliver patient care with a commitment to clinical excellence.
