About The Position
The Neuromedical Center Rehabilitation Hospital is in need of a Full Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This role involves completing discharge planning and providing counseling for neurologically complex inpatients. You will attend weekly team meetings to address patients needs and provide resources to patients and families. Responsibilities also include case management.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- One year or more experience
- Excellent customer/patient service and communication skills
- Masters degree in social work from an accredited university
- Experience in Case Management
