About The Position
A full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides telehealth therapy to clients seeking support with mental health, stress, life transitions, and related concerns. The clinician guides clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care while maintaining accurate clinical records. The role is suited to a clinician who values client-centered work, professional consistency, and accessible remote care.
Requirements
- Active Delaware LCSW license.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Comfort providing services through telehealth.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role.

Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions.
- Assess client symptoms, strengths, risks, and support needs.
- Build individualized treatment plans.
- Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client presentation.
- Document session notes, progress updates, and care plans.
- Help clients develop coping skills and practical tools.
