About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients in Arkansas. In this role, you will complete assessments, create treatment plans, provide virtual sessions, and help clients manage mental health concerns through steady clinical support.
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in Arkansas
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health care
- Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through telehealth
- Complete client assessments and treatment plans
- Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life changes
- Track client progress and update care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow ethical, legal, and telehealth care standards
