About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults within an established community mental health program. Responsibilities include completing behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. The LCSW will coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams, while maintaining timely clinical documentation and practicing independently within their scope of licensure. The position supports patients through evidence-based treatment to improve long-term behavioral health outcomes and joins a mission-driven organization committed to expanding access to behavioral healthcare across rural Eastern Oregon.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Experience providing behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
- Ability to treat children, adolescents, and adults.
- Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
