About The Position

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide telehealth services to clients across Tennessee and contribute to clinical consultation and case review. The role combines direct client care with selected responsibilities that support clinical quality across the team. It requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage an assigned caseload while contributing to broader clinical discussions when needed.

The position is full-time and remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The listed salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
• Master’s degree in a mental health field.
• Strong written documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth sessions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans in accordance with client needs.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in case consultations, clinical reviews, and required training.
• Provide case guidance and documentation support when appropriate.
• Assist clinical leadership with assigned review or quality-related responsibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Tennessee licensing, ethical, and professional standards.
