About The Position
GiaCare Inc. is accepting applications from experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for a future opportunity supporting the United States Air Force at Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi. This position is being recruited in anticipation of contract award. Qualified candidates will be considered for employment upon contract award. Join a collaborative outpatient behavioral health team providing clinical social work services to military beneficiaries in a modern military treatment facility. Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
- Current, full, active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Clinical social work experience through a master's-level practicum or two (2) years of post-MSW clinical experience within the last three (3) years
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health
- Strong interdisciplinary care coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, group, and couples counseling as clinically appropriate
- Coordinate referrals to military, community, and government resources
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
- Participate in treatment planning and patient education
