About The Position
We are recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote role serving Arkansas clients. This position includes virtual therapy, client assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care support.
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in Arkansas
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health care
- Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Assess mental health needs
- Build clear and realistic care plans
- Support clients with emotional and behavioral concerns
- Complete required documentation
- Follow HIPAA, licensing, and clinical practice standards
