About The Position
We are seeking a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide school-based mental health services to K-12 students. This role includes providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting crisis assessments and interventions, completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment documentation, and maintaining records related to IEPs, I&RS, and Section 504 plans. The LCSW will collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' emotional, behavioral, and academic success.
Requirements
- New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
- Experience with child and adolescent mental health.
- Experience with crisis intervention.
- Experience with clinical assessment.
- Experience with documentation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
