At The Child Center of NY, clinicians are more than providers — they are advocates, healers, mentors, and changemakers. We offer: Collaborative interdisciplinary teams and supportive leadership. Diverse and clinically rich experiences across mental health and substance use treatment. Integrated, whole-person care within a CCBHC model. Opportunities for clinical leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. A culturally responsive, mission-driven work environment. Meaningful work serving historically underserved NYCa communities. A supportive clinical culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to the impact of their work. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW) provides evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, and families within a trauma-informed, person-centered CCBHC setting. Clinicians provide assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary providers and community partners. This role offers experience working with a broad range of clinical presentations including trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and complex psychosocial stressors.
