Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About The Position
This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide practical, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will work with adults seeking support for mental health symptoms, emotional stress, coping skills, relationships, and major life changes. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients by video, listening carefully to their concerns, helping them set realistic goals, and guiding them through treatment at a pace that fits their needs. This position is ideal for an LCSW who values consistent hours, professional structure, and the ability to provide quality care without the commute.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Indiana
- Previous clinical therapy experience required
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth services preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients in Indiana
- Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and related concerns
- Track client progress and update treatment goals as needed
- Complete progress notes and required documentation in a timely manner
- Support clients in developing coping strategies and healthier daily routines
- Respond appropriately to risk, crisis, or safety concerns
- Follow all state, ethical, and privacy standards for clinical practice
