About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in New Mexico to work with clients dealing with mental health concerns and challenges in their personal or family lives. The work includes therapy, case follow-up, and helping clients find other services or resources when needed. The LCSW may also communicate with healthcare providers or family members when their involvement is relevant to the client’s care. This is a full-time remote position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year plus benefits.
Requirements
- MSW degree and active LCSW license in New Mexico.
- A minimum of 2 years’ field experience.
- Confidence working independently in a virtual setting.
- Strong communication and case documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients for individual therapy sessions.
- Complete psychosocial assessments and review client history.
- Discuss concerns related to mental health, family, work, or daily life.
- Keep clinical notes and case records up to date.
- Help clients locate community programs and other available resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Follow New Mexico LCSW licensing requirements.
