About The Position
Aviata Health Group is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team, working with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. The role emphasizes work-life balance with weekday schedules, competitive salary, and opportunities for bonus compensation. The LCSW will be part of an integrated care team within a skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida.
- A completed masters in social work.
- Must pass a background screening provided by AHCA.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
- Work as part of an integrated care team, collaborating with nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
- Manage a dedicated patient base with a consistent referral flow.
