About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services for clients in need of mental health support. You will conduct virtual sessions, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and help clients work through concerns affecting their daily lives. This position is a strong match for an LCSW who enjoys structured clinical work, values clear documentation, and can build professional client relationships through telehealth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
- Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
- Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
- Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
- Excellent communication and professional judgment
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and review client history
- Create treatment plans based on each client’s clinical needs
- Provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment concerns
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor progress and revise care goals when needed
- Follow HIPAA and telehealth care standards
- Respond to client safety concerns using proper procedures
