Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Mental Health Therapist)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for office locations throughout Colorado. Therapists provide behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting, treating children, adolescents, and adults. The role offers a choice of telemedicine and in-person care in a hybrid arrangement, with flexible scheduling and administrative support. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $72,000–$115,000 per year; sign-on bonuses are available for certain locations.
Requirements
- Hold a full, current Colorado license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adults, geriatric patients, and/or children and adolescents.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual therapy skills are needed in multiple areas.
- Play therapy experience is needed in multiple areas.
- Child and adolescent therapy experience is sought.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare and provide patient care.
