About The Position

This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker position gives you the opportunity to provide steady, client-centered therapy from home while serving adults who need support with mental health, emotional stress, relationship concerns, grief, adjustment issues, and everyday challenges that affect their well-being. As an LCSW, your day-to-day work will include meeting clients virtually, helping them identify patterns, building realistic goals, and guiding them through practical therapeutic strategies. You will be part of a professional telehealth environment where clinical care, clear documentation, and consistent follow-through matter.

Requirements

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas
Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
Reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual sessions

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients located in Texas
Assess client needs, symptoms, strengths, risks, and treatment goals
Develop clear treatment plans and update them as care progresses
Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods and interventions
Document sessions, assessments, and care updates in a timely manner
Support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life changes
Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in remote care
Identify when clients may need higher levels of care or outside referrals
Communicate clinical updates clearly when coordination is needed
