About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults. Therapists may work in person at clinics and through telehealth, in a hybrid model. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time options, and no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Therapists receive administrative support for scheduling and billing and work in a collegial environment with modern offices and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual earnings listed at $84,000–$113,000; a sign-on bonus is available for full-time employees. Requirements
- Hold a full, active license in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Have experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
